All alterations and amendments must be submitted in writing by email. The standard pricing includes customising your wording into the chosen invitation design plus 3 occasions of text alterations. Additional alterations will incur additional charges. After your approval of the final proof, no further alterations will be accepted.
Your products will usually be dispatched within 3-4 weeks from your order (providing full payment has been made). This is dependent on the time taken by you to provide us with your wording, to review, amend and approve your proof.
We aim to dispatch your product within 2 weeks after receiving your approval of the final proof (and completed guest list etc. if applicable). Occasionally, our current workload may also affect the production time. Where this is the case, you will be informed of this at the outset and an approximate time given.
Bunting and Twine cannot be held liable for any delay in your order for reasons outside its control.
Cancellations, refunds or faulty items
As items are personalised and made to order, we cannot refund payment due to change of minds once proofs have been produced. Please choose your design carefully and check and proofread your proofs thoroughly.
Cancellations for change of mind once payment is made but, in the case where the first proof has not yet been produced, will be assessed on a case by case basis at the discretion of Bunting and Twine. This is also dependent on whether materials have been specifically sourced for the production of your items and whether the production process has already commenced. If so, a refund will not be possible.
If any items received are deemed faulty, please contact Bunting and Twine within 48 hours of receipt of products. Please email Bunting and Twine describing the defect/fault and attach a photograph/s of the defect. Any errors made by Bunting and Twine will be corrected at no cost to the client.
There will not be any refund for items damaged after delivery. Bunting and Twine cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during delivery or postage of items.
Invitation wording, guest lists and proofreading
It is very important that you check the contents of your proof carefully and thoroughly. This includes checking the accuracy of information, spelling, formatting and display of information. By sending us your guest list, you are also confirming that it is all accurate and ready to be used. Any reprints or reproduction of invitations/envelopes/tags etc. due to client error will be at the client's expense. Bunting and Twine cannot be held liable for any incorrect information and errors once the final proof has been approved by you.
Colour and texture variations
The colours or texture of your final product may appear different to the product viewed on the website or sample photo sent to you. This could be for a variety of reasons which include cardstock choices and variation, screen variations etc. Bunting and Twine cannot be liable for differences in the colour or texture of the final product to that viewed on screen or sample photo/proof sent.
Bunting and Twine may occasionally ask you to provide your testimonial of how happy you were with our services and products. We will seek your permission before posting your testimonial online.
Bunting and Twine respects your privacy and will not disclose, exchange or sell your personal details (and any other information you provide to us) to any third party. All personal information provided to Bunting and Twine will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order or for informing you of new designs and special offers.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
Submission of your order is considered to be acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions as set out above.
